Returns Policy
1. Returns
1.1. The Buyer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, unless otherwise stated.
1.2. To exercise the right of return, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing in advance and receive instructions for the return shipment.
1.3. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
2.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return Costs
3.1. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2. In cases of defects or errors on the Seller’s part, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Procedure

4.2. Returns that do not comply with the above policy may be refused or result in a partial refund.
