Ik heb de Si en Collageen tubes in een glas water gezet en drink iedere ochtend en avond dat glas water leeg. Drink daar ook nog collageen in de koffie bij. Wat werkt weet ik niet maar ik heb duidelijk minder kniepijn. Dus ik ga nog even door met beide methoden.

I am neutral, that's why I am giving 3 stars rating. At first the energy became very low, than it became better. It still isn't optimized,so that's why I gave it 3 stars. Also it maybe needs a little more time to do its work. Would i order again ? Yes to optimize and see.
