Nothing we sell makes water safe to drink.
Our Water Infusion Tubes are not a water filter and not a purifier. They do not remove bacteria, viruses, heavy metals or any other contamination. They are not tested for that, they are not certified for that, and they are not sold for that.
Never use anything from our shop to make questionable water drinkable. If you are unsure about your water, use a certified filter, boil it, or use bottled water. In many parts of the world getting this wrong makes people seriously ill.
The rest of this page is about research questions in the wider plasma field. It is not about our products, and none of it should change how you treat your drinking water.
Treatment

Whether plasma could ever play a part inside a real treatment installation is a question being asked in laboratories. Those are industrial systems with monitoring, certification and people who are accountable for the result. That world has nothing to do with a glass tube in a jug on your counter.
Desalination
Turning seawater into fresh water costs an enormous amount of energy, and most of that goes into pushing water through membranes. Whether plasma could make those membranes work better is a genuinely interesting engineering question. It is also a long way from anyone's kitchen.
What we
do not claim.
This page used to say that Plasma GaNS is antibacterial and antiviral, and that it makes water safer. We have taken that out, because we cannot support it and because believing it could genuinely harm someone.
We make no claim that anything we sell kills, inactivates or removes any organism. If you ever see us say otherwise, tell us, because it would be a mistake.
Waste water
Breaking down organic material is one of the harder problems in waste water treatment, and any method that might help is worth investigating. This is industrial research, carried out by people with laboratories and permits. We are not among them.
Why people
keep trying.
Clean water is the biggest unsolved problem there is, and current methods lean heavily on chemicals and energy. That is why every plausible alternative gets attention, and also why this field attracts more optimism than it can currently justify.

What our Water Infusion Tubes do is give off an energy field in water that is already safe to drink. That is the whole thing. They change nothing about the chemistry, the microbiology or the safety of that water.
We would rather lose a sale than have someone misunderstand this. If you were hoping our products could clean water, they cannot, and we would rather tell you that here than have you find out the hard way.
