Usually within one business day, often sooner. Cas and Olivier read every message themselves, so there is no queue and no automated reply in between.
Send us your order number and the email address you used when ordering. With those two details we can look everything up straight away and answer in one go.
Shipping is free on orders above 75 euro. We ship from the Netherlands to customers across Europe and beyond.
Yes. If you do not feel a difference within 30 days, we return your money. No questions asked and no complicated process. Just send us a message and we will sort it out.
We do have special prices for bulk orders. Send us a message with what you have in mind and we will come back to you with the options.
We work from Hoofddorp in the Netherlands, but we are not a shop with opening hours. If you would like to meet us, write to us first and we will see what is possible.
