Training and
Plasma GaNS.

Some of our customers train seriously and use a tube in their water. This page is about what that actually is, and about several things it definitely is not.

first, the facts

Nothing dissolves
into your water.

A Water Infusion Tube is sealed and stays sealed. No material leaves it, nothing is added to your water, and the water you drink is chemically the same water you poured in. That is by design, and it is the single most important thing to understand on this page.

Which means it adds no electrolytes and no minerals. If you train hard and lose salts, you still need to replace them the normal way. Do not use Plasma GaNS as an electrolyte drink. It is not one, and treating it as one during long or hot sessions is a genuinely bad idea.
Hydration
I

Water stays
water.

Drinking enough is the part that actually matters, and no product changes that. What a tube does is sit in the jug while the water is there. Some people say the water tastes softer. That is a description, not a benefit, and we will leave it at that.

Not a supplement
II

Not a supplement.
Which has an upside.

Because nothing enters your body, this is not a supplement in any sense. You ingest no substance, so there is nothing to declare, nothing on any prohibited list, and nothing that interacts with anything else you take.

If you compete under anti doping rules, that matters. Everything else in your kitchen cupboard deserves more scrutiny than this does.

What people report
III

What people
tell us.

Some customers who train say they feel steadier through a session. Others notice nothing at all and simply like having it there. Both of those things are in our reviews and we publish both.

We are not going to turn that into a performance promise. Training, sleep and food decide how your session goes, in that order.

Recovery
IV

About
recovery.

This page used to say that Plasma GaNS may reduce inflammation, muscle soreness and fatigue. We have taken that out. Those are physical effects we cannot demonstrate, and claiming them would be exactly the kind of thing we tell you elsewhere we never do.

What we do know about recovery is dull and reliable: sleep, food, and enough rest days. A bottle beside the bed sits alongside that, nothing more.

Detox
V

And about
detox.

The word detox appeared here too, around removing toxins and metabolic waste. That has gone as well. Your liver and kidneys do that work, they are very good at it, and nothing in a glass tube helps them along.

We would rather have a shorter page that is true than a longer one that sells better.

in practice

How people
actually use it.

Fill a glass or plastic jug in the evening, drop the tube in, and drink from it the next day. Take a bottle to the gym if you like, though a tube belongs in a jug at home rather than rattling around in a sports bag.

A bottle in the bedroom is what most people who train tell us they value most, and that has more to do with sleep than with sport.

if you want to try

Start with rest.

For anyone who trains, sleep is where the actual gains are made. That is why we would point you at the Renewal bundle rather than at anything with the word performance on it.
