GaNS stands for Gas in a Nano Solid state. It is a material that carries an energetic field, made in small batches from natural raw materials such as minerals, crystals and plant sources. We put it in sealed glass bottles and tubes, so you never touch the material itself.

A bottle gives off an energy field that works on the space around you and on your own energy field. A tube does the same for water. You do not take anything in, and there is nothing to do beyond placing it.

Not the kind you could look up in a medical journal, and we would rather say that plainly. Plasma GaNS comes from plasma technology developed by Mehran Keshe. What we know comes from years of our own experimenting and from what customers tell us. We make no medical claims and we do not present this as a treatment for anything.

The material stays sealed inside glass and you never ingest it, so there is nothing to react to. It contains no chemicals and produces no radiation, heat or sound. If you have any doubts about your own situation, ask your doctor first. We are not qualified to answer medical questions and we will not pretend otherwise.

Indefinitely. Plasma GaNS does not deplete and does not expire, so there is nothing to replace or refill. One purchase, and that is it.

Prolonged direct contact with metal can affect the energetic field. Keep bottles and tubes off metal surfaces and out of metal containers. Brief contact is not a problem, and a metal shelf across the room is fine.

No, and this is the one instruction that matters. They are sealed for a reason. Opening one does not make it stronger and it cannot be closed again properly.

Start with a bundle rather than a single variant. Four that were chosen to work together do more than one on its own, and a bundle costs less than the same four separately. If you would rather be guided, the two minute quiz asks a few questions and suggests one.

A bottle works in the space around you and on your own energy field. A tube charges your drinking water. They do different things, which is why many people end up with both.

There is no required number. Many people place a bottle in the rooms they spend most time in, usually the bedroom first. Because nothing depletes, whatever you already own keeps working when you add more.

Yes. Nothing conflicts with anything else and there is no wrong combination. If your combination happens to match one of our bundles, the bundle is simply the cheaper way to buy it.

It is one of the most common reasons people order from us. A bundle makes the nicest gift because it feels complete. If you would like a note added, mention it when you order and we will write it by hand.

Diamond is our rarest variant, made with natural diamond and released in drops of twenty. It works across a collection rather than in one direction, so it does most for people who already own several. If you are starting out, a bundle will give you more.

Anywhere you spend time. Beside the bed, on a desk, in the living room. Keep it off metal surfaces and simply leave it there. There is nothing to switch on or move around.

Put the tube in a bottle or jug of water made of glass or plastic, never metal, and leave it. The tube stays in and you drink the water around it. Refill and it keeps working.

Three to four hours is enough. Many people fill a jug in the evening and use it the next day, which makes it a habit rather than a task.

Yes. Charge the water first, then use it however you like. Do not put the tube itself in a pan or a kettle.

Many customers do, and it is one of the things they write to us about most. Use the same charged water. Keep the tube out of reach of pets, as with anything made of glass.

Yes. There is nothing in it that is restricted, and it needs no power or preparation. Pack it as you would any small glass item, and keep it away from anything metal in your luggage.

No. There is no maintenance at all. Wipe the outside of the glass if it gets dusty and that is the whole routine.

That differs per person and we are careful not to promise anything. Some people notice something in the first days, others notice nothing in particular and simply like having it in the house. That uncertainty is exactly why you have thirty days to change your mind.

Shipping is free on orders above 75 euro. Below that a shipping fee applies, which you see at checkout before you pay.

We ship from the Netherlands to customers across Europe and beyond, currently more than twenty countries. If your country is not selectable at checkout, write to us and we will look at what is possible.

We pack and send orders ourselves, so there is no warehouse in between. The current delivery times per country are in our shipping policy.

You get a confirmation by email when you order and a track and trace link as soon as your package leaves. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder first and then write to us.

If you do not feel a difference within thirty days, we return your money. No questions asked and no complicated process. Send us a message and we sort it out. The formal terms are in our refund policy.

Send us a photo and we send a replacement. Glass sometimes does not survive the journey and that is our problem, not yours.

We pack everything by hand, which means we also make the occasional mistake. Let us know what you received and what you expected, and we fix it straight away.

If it has not gone out yet, certainly. Write to us as soon as you can, since we often pack the same day.
